How do I know which ID scanners are compatible in my state?

Each state issues various types of ID’s and driver's licenses that generally use a magnetic stripe or a 2D barcode to store data. Do you have a low price guarantee?

Absolutely. We will always try to have the lowest prices available online. If you see a lower price, contact us so we can offer you an even lower price.*

*In order to match a competitor's price, the item must be the exact same model in brand new condition, and in-stock. Call us and we will offer you a better price and earn your business. This low price guarantee is only available from retailers and is not available for affiliate websites, auction web-sites, or on refurbished ID Scanners. Promotional offers and coupon codes are not available in addition to any price adjustment or price match.



Is it safe to use my credit card at AgeValidators.com?



It is very safe to use your credit card to order from us. We use SSL encryption technology to help protect your data.  When you complete your order on AgeValidators.com, we see only the last four digits of your credit card number. As security professionals, we take your personal information seriously and use the best tools available to make sure your credit card information is secure.

What is the status of my order?






We ship most orders out within 24 hours. Although the majority of orders are shipped within 1 business day, it often takes an additional 24 hours for your tracking information to register with UPS or FedEx. In the rare event that there is any delay in fulfilling your order we will contact you and let you know.



What payment methods does AgeValidators.com accept?



We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.



Do you charge sales tax?



State law require Age Validators to collect sales tax on orders placed in, or shipping to, Arizona. We do not charge sales tax to orders placed from any other state!


What is your shipping policy?


Age Validators is pleased to offer free ground shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States!

 We are able to ship to the 48 contiguous states, US territories, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Although we offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous states, shipping rates outside of the mainland US are flat fees and are as follows:



Alaska/Hawaii: $20

US Territories: $25

Canada: $30

Orders shipped via an expedited shipping method such as 2-day or overnight are subject to additional shipping fees.

Orders placed before 10am PST will generally ship the same day. Orders placed after 10am PST will generally ship the next business day.



What is your return policy?



Age Validators wants you to feel comfortable with your purchase and we will accept returns within 30-days as long as the following conditions are met: 

  • Returns must include all original packaging

  • Returns must include all accessories, cables, manuals, software, etc
  • 
Returns must be in “new” condition with no visible wear or tear
  • 
Returns must be accompanied by an RMA number issued by AgeValidators.com**



Returns that have not met these four criteria will be subject to a 15% restocking fee; however, we will waive the restocking fee and apply it as store credit at AgeValidators.com for a future purchase or exchange.

**Returns MUST be accompanied by an AgeValidators.com RMA number! Do NOT ship the package back to the shipping address without this RMA number or it will be refused. To obtain an RMA number, please send us an email to sales@agevalidators.com

How do I return an item?



In order to process your return, please email us at sales@agevalidators.com within 30 days of your order date requesting an RMA number. We will issue you an RMA number that you will need to return your item. Once you receive your RMA number, ship the package (including all original packaging, accessories, cables, software, manuals and inserts) back to us via the courier of your choice. You will be responsible for shipping charges and insuring the package to it’s appropriate value. Once we receive your return, we will complete our inspection and process your refund within three to five business days. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used to make the order

How long will my order take to ship?


Most orders ship from Arizona or California on the same day they are placed or within one business day. Ground shipments generally take between three and five business days to arrive depending on your location.



Is my signature required for delivery?



Yes. Due to the nature and cost of our age verification scanners, all orders are shipped with a signature requirement. You may be asked to present a state issued ID as well to FedEx or UPS to verify you are the person who place the order.

How do I change an order after it has been placed?



If you need to modify an order, please contact us immediately. We generally ship quickly and if you need to modify or cancel an order, we need to make adjustments before it ships so please don’t wait!



Does AgeValidators.com offer bulk pricing?



Absolutely! If you need to order more than three units, please contact us for bulk pricing.
